[UPDATE] 

In der Klasse com/arsdigita/cms/contenttypes/ui/LinkPropertyForm.java die FormProcessException in der Zeile 382 umgebaut. Entsprechenden Eintrag (requires_uri_field in der Property hinzugefügt.
