jensp 9d79023640 Mandalay is now used for creating the HTML view of the content-center. This is accomplished by some changes in the stylesheet-paths.txt file and some special files in Mandalay (content-center-index.sl, content-section-admin.xsl and admin-index.xsl). These files 
call the start.xsl of Mandalay and provide a correct value for the theme-prefix environment variable.

pb ea7facb2e0 Various minor bugs in some packages needed by APLAWS spin. Both aplaws bundles now compile, deploy and run. Further testing needed.

pb 4b80e714bb ccm-ldn-search jetzt legacy-free. Servlet SearchWorkerServlet in Initializer verschoben, muss aus web.xml entfernt werden. Remote background threads auf 0 gesetzt, da praktisch nicht verwendet.

quasi 9436f75cf5 Alle Vorkommen von XinhaConfig in Xinha.Config geändert. Damit ist die Konfiguration von Xinha analog zu FCKeditor und HTMLarea.

pb 2474aab6dd Kleinere Fixes und fine tuning. Trunk und aplaws svn r2231 sind in Sync. Bundles in ccm-ldn-aplaws sind auf Bremer trunk gegenwärtig nicht complet lauffähig, da auf aplaws ccm-ldn-types-contact und ESCservice nicht angepasst sind.

pb 7a2aa8dd32 Relativ grosser Patch, ersetzt URL resource: Protokollerweiterung durch Klasse ResourceParameter. Deployment von ccm-core-x.a.z-system.jar ist entfernt, der Handler code aber noch vorhanden.
