Fixed URL generation for object lists and Content Item Summary. The WebContextPath was not used there therefore the URLs were incorrect if CCM is installed not in the root context.

Unfortunately quite a large update, combined BaseDispatcher and DispatcherServlet into a modern, standard compliant CCMDispatcherServlet, modified various classes to enable CCM installed in any arbitrary context, not just ROOT. Part 1. Currently it works for ScientificCMS only, for other bundles StylesheetPaths.txt has to be modified.

Dabei ccm-ldn-navigation in ccm-navigation umbenannt, damit nicht demnächst
wieder alle Scripte angepasst werden müssen.
UPDATE SCRIPT erforderlich, hier noch nicht enthalten!
