Fixed several upgrade scripts to make them compatible with Oracle. Oracle does not understand ALTER TABLE ADD COLUMN, for PostgreSQL the "COLUMN" is optional. Therefore we removed the "COLUMN" from all these statements.

Modified upgrade ccm-cms-6.6.6-6.6.7. The definition of the column is_default which is added to the table section_workflow_template_map by this upgrade differs between PostgreSQL and Oracle (see generated DDL files). Created distict SQL files for PostgreSQL and Oracle which are creating the table with same definitions as in the generated DDL files.

Changed various ALTER TABLE ONLY statements to ALTER TABLE in the default upgrade scripts. ALTER TABLE ONLY isn't supported by Oracle, therefore these scripts did not work with an Oracle DB. Also, ALTER TABLE ONLY has only an effect when using table inheritance which is an feature we are not using.

Fixes for the OpenCCM Xinha plugin (the links part did not work, probably because since the last Xinha update). Also fixed the

parts of the item search popup. Clicking on an item now closes the the window when using it Editor (did not work since a very long
time). Also the FlatBrowsePane introducted some time ago did not work when the ItemSearchPopup was used from the Xinha editor.

The PrintListener for CategoryTemplates select box did not clear the options of the select box. The result was that the list of options in the box became longer which each request. Additionally this caused a massive amount of cpu load and memory consumption (resulting in an out of memory error) when the category form was requested multiple time, for example when creating some categories.

- Renamed Report-queries.pdl to Report-queries.ora.pdl because the queries definied in this work only with an Oracle DB.

- Reports Tab is not shown in the content center when using a PostgreSQL database. The queries used for this tab work
only for Oracle DB. Also the reports are not helpful.
