jensp ea9939daed Foundry: It is now possible the specifiy which unit is used to show the file size of a file attachment. Supported units are: 
kB, MB, KiB, MiB and byte.

jensp f739c03286 - Fixed a sorting problem in the detail view of series caused by an unnecssary 
xsl:sort in Mandalay (checkedin primarly for reference)
- Fixed a wrong translation in ccm-sci-publications, correct translation for 
  "Series" to german in the context publications is "Reihe" and not "Serie".

jensp ea4326838d It is now possible to assign different layout templates to for a content item depending if the content item is 
displayed by a ContentItemPortlet, as a GreetingItem or as a normal item.

jensp 4070a7f699 New template tag for creating link to the item itself. Use for example if an 
item is shown using a portlet there should be a link to the normal detail
view of the item.

jensp f55df351b5 Fixed several upgrade scripts to make them compatible with Oracle. Oracle does not understand ALTER TABLE ADD COLUMN, for PostgreSQL the "COLUMN" is optional. Therefore we removed the "COLUMN" from all these statements.

jensp 26c046958a Changed various ALTER TABLE ONLY statements to ALTER TABLE in the default upgrade scripts. ALTER TABLE ONLY isn't supported by Oracle, therefore these scripts did not work with an Oracle DB. Also, ALTER TABLE ONLY has only an effect when using table inheritance which is an feature we are not using.

jensp 58a27ac0d7 Upgrade for Foundry (core and the foundry-base theme): 
- HTML for portal-workspace and portal-grid-workspace is now fully customisable
- Default stylesheet for portal-workspace included for positioning the columns
- Included these changes into the foundry-base theme
- foundry-base theme now makes use of the include template tag for header, second level nav and footer.
