- Two classes for ccm-ldn-terms which were missed in a previous commit

- moves all ng-classes related to Domain and CcmApplication from ldn-terms over to core
-> provides better dependency managment between packages
- adds part I of ng's cms classes for later portation

- adds abstaction layer to -Conversion and -Marshaller classes
(AbstractConversion with abstact method convertAll and AbstactMarshaller with abstract method marshallAll)
- moves the actual calls for export from coreExporter/ldnTermsExporter to their belonging marshaller classes which override the marshallAll method
- changes the terminal outputs for info messages from system.err to system.out and keeps system.err for actual error messages
- moves the parts which call the converter and exporter of each module (e.g. core, ldnTerms) from the cliTool to seperate classes (rootConverter, rootExporter)

* Integrated WebAppPatternGenerator in Aplaws and in core into one. It is a core responsibility of templating and no APLAWS specific tasks involved anymore.
* Removed unused classes ObjectTypeTrav*
* Relocated ItemCategoryPicker to ldn-terms because it is a ldn-terms specific task to make terms available in cms in general, not an integration package task.
* Relocated initialisation of TermCategoryListener to sync terms and core categories to terms, because is is a core terms task.
* Various formatting and documentation.

- Alle anderen static initalizers haben jetzt am Anfang und Ende eine Log-Ausgabe (Level debug), in Klassen die bisher keinen Logger hatten wurde ein Logger eingebaut
- log4j.properties in ccm-core enthält jetzt vorbereitetet, auskommentierte Zeilen für alle Klassen mit static Blöcken

Dazu mussten 3 Klassen von c.ad.london.aplaws.ui nach c.ad.london.terms.ui
verlegt werden. Aus aplaws.config wurde der Parameter ajax-expand-on-all-branches
nach terms verlegt.
forum-categorized compiliert und startet. Auf der Seite wird das Navigationsmenue
eingeblendet und ein neuer Tabulator "Categories" erscheint. Darunter ist noch
keine Aktion möglich, es werden noch nicht alle tags in XSLT verarbeitet.
