jensp 70b7a5e4be Moved the generation of the links to the sections of a MPA to Java code. The XML now provides a toc element containing the 
links to all sections of the MPA the correct parameters. Foundry uses these informations now, with a fallback to the XSL based
generation of the links which does not work in some cases. This commit should solve the issues #2366, #2354 and #2358.

In der Klasse ccm-cms-types-mparticle/src/com/arsdigita/cms/contenttypes/ui/mparticle/MultiPartArticleForm.java die FormProcessException in der Zeile 302 umgebaut, durch Weitergabe der Exception an die FormProcessException.

jensp 627dfd8206 Another Bugfix for the MPA which I found while working on Foundry: The value "all" for the page parameters works now. If a MPA is called with ?page=all all sections of the MPA are shown.

pb 701f905998 Unfortunately, a rather complex update: 
* new class DescriptiveComponent, provides setLabel and setHint
* classes Label, BaseLink and Widgets inherit from DescriptiveComponent and are ready to use setLabel and setHint
* classes TextStylable and Blockstylable removed, both provide direct html which the responsibility of the theme
* created Interface bebop/util/Panelcontraints to provide positional information for blocks fpr backwards compatibility. We have to decide whether to discard/replace or retain them.
* created cass Embedded as a kind of spinn-off from Label to handle arbitrary String data, specifically JavaScript. It's part of a strategy to remove Strings from Label to prevent developers just to hack fixed strings and make a mess of the User Interface.
* various reformatting and documentation added.

jensp f09f59b750 Several references to JavaScript files (e.g. manipulate-input.js used in the ContentCenter to urlize the name of ContentItem) did not work when CCM is not running in the ROOT context. This is now fixed.

pb e0fb729f11 Die Nutzung von ChainedResourceBundle überall entfernt und auf *.properties umgestellt. 
Die Klasse in core zunächst nicht entfernt, als Referenz für die weitere Entwicklung der Globalisierung/Lokalisierung. Die Änderungen sollten auch in 2.0.x übernommen werden.

pb 19fe7d8e5d Nachführen r1115 release 1.1.4: kleinerer Korrekturen während des Upgrades 
verschiedener Sites auf das Release 1.1.4. 

- Nachtrag upgrade script für ccm-bookmarks, erforderlich als Teil des
Ausbaus der old Initializer

- Aktualisierung verschiedener bundle files

- Entfernen nicht mehr benötigter jsp f. Multipart Article

- Wiedereinführung Bundle WSF, das verloren gegangen war.

jensp f9b612b3db Versuch, die zusätzlichen JSPs für MultiPartArticle etc. loszuwerden. Funktioniert soweit, aber: Funktioniert nur mit 
Mandalay. Mit dem alten Theme funktioniert der MPA derzeit NICHT!
