Die Funktionalität ein Modul über "ccm unload..." zu deinstallieren ist jetzt verfügtbar (Achtung! funktioniert noch nicht). Dafür vorgenommene Modifikationen:
- neue Klasse Unload.java, die die Funktion des "ccm unload" bereitstellt
- neue Klassen LoadCenter.java und LoadCenterDelegate.java die das Designpattern "Delegate" umsetzen, um Coderedundanz zwischen Load.java und Unload.java zu beseitigen
- neue sql-skripte im Modul ExternalLink oracle-se-drop.sql und postgres-drop.sql, zum Löschung der ExternalLink spezifischen Tabellen in der Datenbank
- sämtliche Codemodifikationen und Java-Doc-Ergänzungen in beteiligten Klassen für die unload-Prozedur
- neue Klasse ExternalLinkUnloader.java (bisher noch wenig/keine Funktionalität) und AbstractContentTypeUnloader.java, die zusammen dafür sorgen sollen, die ContentTyp-Instanzen (z.B. von ExternalLink) aus den Tabellen der Datenbank zu entfernen. (-> work in progress)
- Ergänzung des unload-Datenskripts in ccm-cms-types-externallink.load
- Ergänzung der build-ccm.xml um die unload-Befehle

Moved the generation of the links to the sections of a MPA to Java code. The XML now provides a toc element containing the

links to all sections of the MPA the correct parameters. Foundry uses these informations now, with a fallback to the XSL based
generation of the links which does not work in some cases. This commit should solve the issues #2366 , #2354 and #2358 .

Fixed several upgrade scripts to make them compatible with Oracle. Oracle does not understand ALTER TABLE ADD COLUMN, for PostgreSQL the "COLUMN" is optional. Therefore we removed the "COLUMN" from all these statements.

Changed various ALTER TABLE ONLY statements to ALTER TABLE in the default upgrade scripts. ALTER TABLE ONLY isn't supported by Oracle, therefore these scripts did not work with an Oracle DB. Also, ALTER TABLE ONLY has only an effect when using table inheritance which is an feature we are not using.

- HTML for portal-workspace and portal-grid-workspace is now fully customisable
- Default stylesheet for portal-workspace included for positioning the columns
- Included these changes into the foundry-base theme
- foundry-base theme now makes use of the include template tag for header, second level nav and footer.

- removed old, not working FactoriesSetup class

- Added own implementations of TransformerFactory etc which act as a wrapper for the
configured implementations. At the moment this is only used for TransformerFactory
because using it for SAXParserFactory and maybe for DocumentBuilderFactory causes
crazy errors.
- Moved the Reindexer utilitity from ccm-ldn-search to ccm-ldn-util. It is useful for
rebuilding the index and has no dependencies to other parts of ccm-ldn-search. Also
ccm-ldn-search will be removed in near future.

Fixes for the OpenCCM Xinha plugin (the links part did not work, probably because since the last Xinha update). Also fixed the

parts of the item search popup. Clicking on an item now closes the the window when using it Editor (did not work since a very long
time). Also the FlatBrowsePane introducted some time ago did not work when the ItemSearchPopup was used from the Xinha editor.

Unfortunately, a rather complex update:

* new class DescriptiveComponent, provides setLabel and setHint
* classes Label, BaseLink and Widgets inherit from DescriptiveComponent and are ready to use setLabel and setHint
* classes TextStylable and Blockstylable removed, both provide direct html which the responsibility of the theme
* created Interface bebop/util/Panelcontraints to provide positional information for blocks fpr backwards compatibility. We have to decide whether to discard/replace or retain them.
* created cass Embedded as a kind of spinn-off from Label to handle arbitrary String data, specifically JavaScript. It's part of a strategy to remove Strings from Label to prevent developers just to hack fixed strings and make a mess of the User Interface.
* various reformatting and documentation added.

Fixed problem with copying default theme to new theme's directory. Added Label as Widget attribute (but not evaluated by Mandalay theme engine). Still a NPE if theme evaluation detects an error, e.g. duplicate theme url.

Added task 'pluto-assemble' to the load ant project. It scans the portlet.xml file and injects for each portlet the Pluto specific registration code into web.xml. Should be executed after load-bundle step and is only needed when developing CCM JSR portlets in a Pluto test environment. Modified core web.xml accordingly.
