Using ccm-lcs-bundle/bundles/standard there are no errors reported while compiling, deploying or running the application.

Adds a log4j2 configuration. The old one is fully compatible.

Changes the build-hooks.xml to copy the new configuration into the WEB-INF directory, which
is the first place log4j2 searches for files.

Integrated r1937,r1938: Added load-data (load --data) and load-init (load --init) ant targets to ecdc , ant deploy-ccm-core now generates a ccm-version.properties file containing the current version and release numbers

Relativ grosser Patch, ersetzt URL resource: Protokollerweiterung durch Klasse ResourceParameter. Deployment von ccm-core-x.a.z-system.jar ist entfernt, der Handler code aber noch vorhanden.
