jensp f55df351b5 Fixed several upgrade scripts to make them compatible with Oracle. Oracle does not understand ALTER TABLE ADD COLUMN, for PostgreSQL the "COLUMN" is optional. Therefore we removed the "COLUMN" from all these statements.

jensp 0908a339fc - Disabled placeholder text for hints. A hint is shown only if there is a real hint text

jensp 9b70cf8018 - The list of content types on the NewItemForm is now sorted by the localised 
names of the content types
- The length of the description of (releated) link is now limited. The limit 
  can be configured using the com.arsdigita.cms.link_description_max_length 
  property in CMSConfig. The default value are 400 characters.

pb 1fcdb94194 Unfortunately quite a large update: Reorganized web.xml fragments into a separate directory, Modified build script to use the same web.xml merger as ccm installation script. NOTE: Logic bug fixed: If bundle specifies a web.xml, it is used as is without any postprocessing. If no web.xml is specified or the file does not exist, core's web.xml is used and the web.xml fragment of any module merged in.

jensp b396010920 Changed the column type for the abstract and misc properties of Publications from varchar(4096) to text. It also now possible to enable the HTML editor for the abstract and misc fields of publications. The default is still no HTML editor.

jensp 4010761c1a SciProject: Angabe von Förderkennzeichen bei Drittmittelgebern. Das Förderkennzeichen ist eine Eigenschaft der Assoziation zwischen Projekt und Drittmittelgeber. Es können somit mehrere Förderkennzeichen (pro Mittelgeber eines) angegeben werden. 
Die Drittmittelgeber können jetzt außerdem sortiert werden. Die genaue Anzeige hängt wie üblich vom Theme am.

jensp 5c9584f4a1 BugFix für die PublicationAuthorAddForm. Dort war noch eine Zeile vorhanden, die aus der Zeit vor der Verlegung der Assoizationen in die ContentBundles stammte. Diese Zeile führte unter bestimmten Umständen (Publikation nur im Sprachcode "--", also sprachunabhängig, und Author nur in einem anderen Sprachcode, z.B. "en" vorhanden) zu einem Fehler beim Zuordnen eines Authors zu einer Publikation. Die Zeile ist aber durch die Verlegung der Assoziationen in die Bundles überflüssig geworden.

jensp a366c1de76 Added an additional field to ContentItem which is used in the FolderBrowser in the ContentCenter to display additional informations about the content item. For example, it 
would be very helpful for authors to see the authors of a publications in the FolderBrowser. An upgrade for the publication module providing this informations for existing applications is included. New publications will set this information automatically.
