jensp e21a158931 Various modifications on upgrade script to make them work with Oracle. In some cases there now distict scripts for Oracle and PostgreSQL.

jensp e86d5162f5 Removed several unnecessary options on SQL commands in the upgrades which were also causing problems because Syntax for these differs between PostgreSQL and Oracle.

pb 1fcdb94194 Unfortunately quite a large update: Reorganized web.xml fragments into a separate directory, Modified build script to use the same web.xml merger as ccm installation script. NOTE: Logic bug fixed: If bundle specifies a web.xml, it is used as is without any postprocessing. If no web.xml is specified or the file does not exist, core's web.xml is used and the web.xml fragment of any module merged in.

pb 13b7c7cf2e Unfortunately quite a large update, combined BaseDispatcher and DispatcherServlet into a modern, standard compliant CCMDispatcherServlet, modified various classes to enable CCM installed in any arbitrary context, not just ROOT. Part 1. Currently it works for ScientificCMS only, for other bundles StylesheetPaths.txt has to be modified.

jensp 6b677b606c - Neuer Versuch, Ticket #1261 zu lösen 
- Verschiedene PropertyForms haben in ihrer validate(FormSectionEvent) Methode nicht super.validate(FormSectionEvent) 
  aufgerufen. Dadurch wurde die validate(FormSectionEvent) Methode in BasicPageForm nicht ausgeführt. Möglicherweise
  ist dieses Problem noch bei weiteren CTs vorhanden. Vermutlich müssen von BasicPageForm abgeleiteteten Klassen darauf 
  untersucht werden, ob sie super.validate(FormSectionEvent) aufrufen, s. Ticket #1272.

pb 77a155b027 AtoZ sollte doch jetzt umgebaut werden, sonst ist das hinterher mit dem Auftrennen zuviel hin und her. Erste Version, bei der AtoZ noch nicht läuft. Notwendig um Mist mit SVN zu vermeiden. Hat aber auf SciCMS keine Auswirkung.
