1. The Participant navigates to the "People" tab in the Configure Portal area, and clicks on the "search" link.
2. The Participant specifies search criteria, which may include participant name and role assignments.
3. The Participant is presented with a set of matching participants. This listing format shall be the same as that described in as the browse listing described in PSRV-00050 ("Browse Portal Participants").
