What is a Leisure Pass Scheme?</h2><p>The Leisure Pass, also known
|
|
as the leisure pass scheme offers reduced prices for use of activities at Swimming
|
|
Pools, Sports Centres and Libraries.</p><p>Residents can benefit both
|
|
financially and improve their health and fitness, by joining the scheme.</p><h2>
|
|
|
|
Do I Qualify?</h2><p>If you are between the age of <span class="gen">enter amount</span> and <span class="gen">enter amount</span> and live
|
|
in <span class="gen">enter council name</span>, then you are eligible for a Leisure Pass Card for use at all participating
|
|
centres and swimming pools.</p><h2>

|
|
|
What will the Pass Card cost me?</h2><p>Two types of Leisure pass Cards are available
|
|

How do I obtain a Leisure Pass Card?</h2><p>To take advantage of the Leisure Pass
|
|
Scheme, you will need to either contact us on the details above or <strong>
|
|
|
|
|
|

If you cannot complete this form or print it out you can email <span class="gen">enter email address</span>

and we will post a leaflet to you.</p><p>You will also need to bring with you;</p><ul>

<li title="*">A passport size photograph of yourself, (this can be a current photograph cut to size)</li>

<strong>Remember, without a Leisure Pass Card,

you will have to pay the much higher non-resident rate for the same facilities!</strong>

60 or over? - New arrangements for Senior Citizens</h2><p>If you are a male, 60 years of age or
|
|
over and resident in <span class="gen">enter council name</span> you are entitled to benefit from a number of facilities
|

free or at reduced prices at our centres.</p><p>Men who have not reached the age of
|
|
65 years and consequently not in possession of a pension book (as proof of status),
|
|
will need to get a Senior Citizen Pass (free of charge).</p><p>Either contact us on the details above or <strong>
|
|
|
|
