The Council selects, determines the priorities, and provides finance at an appropriate level for these projects.</p><p>The Council is responsible for the implementation of its reclamation schemes. The design work on reclamation schemes is undertaken by engaging engineering consultants and the construction work is undertaken by appointing civil engineering contractors.</p><p>The Council commissions design work from either the Council's own in-house consultancy or from private sector companies.</p><p>The Council maintains a 'rolling programme' of reclamation projects but in recent financial years because of a reduction in their budget for reclamation work the programme of work has not advanced significantly.</p><p>The Team also administers a revenue budget for the maintenance and management of land reclamation sites.</p><span class="gen">email address here</span><span class="gen">phone number here</span><span class="gen">sms phone number here</span><span class="gen">fax number here</span><span class="gen">minicom number here</span><span class="gen">postal address here</span><h3>
