Sourceforge patch 1797953 - remote search changes. No effect by default
(though I think we are the only people using remote search anyway)

Please make sure that configuration in etc/web-xml.xsl is added to
your web.xml. 

WEB-INF/server-config.wsd is also need to make Axis work.
