baka 50ec8b6c4e [3056] Image plugin now in new directory. Also temporarly removes the toolbar button because its not working anyways. index.jsp	Unfortunately quite a large update, combined BaseDispatcher and DispatcherServlet into a modern, standard compliant CCMDispatcherServlet, modified various classes to enable CCM installed in any arbitrary context, not just ROOT.
