</p><p>Provisional dates can be held under an 'enquiry'
|
|
|
|
status for up to three weeks. But if another enquiry is made for the same
|
|
|
|
date you will be asked to confirm
|
|
|
|
your booking.</p><p>Once you make a booking you will be invoiced for the deposit. You must pay the full amount at least one month
|
|
|
|
before the hiring period starts or immediately if the event takes place within
|
|
|
|
two months of your booking.</p><p>We will send full details of our terms and conditions, including cancellation
|
|
|
|
fees with your deposit invoice or whenever you request them.</p><p>Hirers do not have sole rights for any type of event or sole occupancy rights.</p><p>The Council has the following venues available
