This directory contains an optional unmanaged default theme which is used if

no managed theme is available (as usually at install time). If it is empty
|
|
foundry-base is used as fallback and last-resort.
|
|
|
|
It is configurable in 'WEB_INF/conf/registry/ccm-core.
