<li title="*">is blind or partially sighted </li>
|
|
<li title="*">or is profoundly or severely deaf </li>
|
|
<li title="*">is without speech </li>
|
|
<li title="*">or has a disability, or has suffered an injury, which has a substantial and long term adverse effect on his ability to walk </li>
|
|
<li title="*">or has a learning difficulty </li>
|
|
<li title="*">or does not have arms or has a long-term loss of the use of both arms </li>
|
|
<li title="*">or would be refused a driving licence under section 92 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 except for persistent drug or alcohol misuse </li>
|
|
</ul><h2>Circumstances in which a pass would not be issued </h2><p>If any of the following conditions apply you are not entitled to a bus travel pass under the above scheme: </p><li title="*">If you already have, or intend to apply for, travel concessions (bus passes or tokens) from another local authority.</li><li title="*">If you hold a disabled person's concessionary parking badge as a driver, or if you have or become eligible for any of the following: <br/>

|
a) a motor vehicle supplied by the DSS <br/>
|
|
