</ul><h4>Key conditions</h4><p>Submission of application form and supporting documents</p><h4>Exclusions</h4><p>Village Hall grant will not be awarded for:</p><ul>
|
|
<li title="*">Projects costing less than £ <span class="gen">enter amount</span>, unless the work is required to comply with statutory regulations.</li>
|
|
<li title="*">Provision or renewal of specialist facilities for sports, arts or other activities.</li>
|
|
<li title="*">Provision or renewal of car parking facilities unless these are required to meet regulations or such facilities do not already exist.</li>
|
|

</ul><h4>How to apply for a grant</h4><p>Complete and return the Village Hall Grant application form along with a copy of the Village Hall's most recent accounts and a copy of a quotation or estimate for the work. Please contact us on the details above for an application form.</p><h4>Date by which grant should be submitted</h4><p>Ongoing.</p><h4>How applications will be dealt with</h4><p>Application forms will be referred to the <span class="gen">enter service name</span>

</p><p>If the scheme is supported it will be recommended to all councillors. If it is supported the applicant will be advised of the amount granted and conditions.
