</p><p>To provide a dignified funeral service for the residents of the Borough.</p><h4>Financial Advice</h4><p>If you receive :-</p><ul> <li title="*">Income Support</li> <li title="*">Family Credit</li> <li title="*">Disability Working Allowance</li> <li title="*">Housing Benefit or</li> <li title="*">Council Tax Benefit</li> </ul><p>you may be able to get financial assistance towards the cost of the funeral.</p><p>To obtain advice contact your local Benefits Office; they can arrange an interview for you, or they can send you the claim form SF200 "Assistance with funeral payments".</p><p>You can also get advice from your Welfare Rights Officer.</p><h4>The Service Provided</h4><p>The charge for a funeral is:</p><table width="90%" cellpadding="5" class="centre" summary="The Service Provided"> <tr> <td>for funeral arrangements made on the directors premises</td> <td>
