jensp 8f3b7e2d68 - removed old, not working FactoriesSetup class ... - Added own implementations of TransformerFactory etc which act as a wrapper for the configured implementations. At the moment this is only used for TransformerFactory because using it for SAXParserFactory and maybe for DocumentBuilderFactory causes crazy errors. - Moved the Reindexer utilitity from ccm-ldn-search to ccm-ldn-util. It is useful for rebuilding the index and has no dependencies to other parts of ccm-ldn-search.
