with National Nutritional Standards.</li>

<li title="*">Provide dishes which are both nutritious and excellent value for money.</li>

<li title="*">Provide dishes which are prepared by qualified catering staff using high quality products.</li>

<li title="*">Provide a safe working environment in which to dine.</li>
