jensp f55df351b5 Fixed several upgrade scripts to make them compatible with Oracle. Oracle does not understand ALTER TABLE ADD COLUMN, for PostgreSQL the "COLUMN" is optional. upgrade	Changed the column type for the abstract and misc properties of Publications from varchar(4096) to text. It also now possible to enable the HTML editor for the abstract and misc fields of publications. The default is still no HTML editor.	2014-03-07 06:52:42 +00:00
