jensp cac7214f83 CCM NG: Renamed classes ending with "Builder" in in the pagemodel packages to end with "Renderer" to avoid confusion. Classes with a name ending with "Builder" are usually classes which implement the Builder pattern. The classes rendering a page model and its components do not implemement this pattern.

- Cleanup of package structure for authoring steps. All classes for authoring content items are now in com.arsdigita.cms.ui.authoring and its subpackages.
    - All parts of the step for managing the sections of a MultiPartArticle have been ported. Everything complies but is not tested yet!

- Fixed wrong datatype in ccm_cms.events table (was SQL Date, which does not save time, is now SQL Timestamp)
