baka affa64aee3 Adds both SortableCategoryList as well as SubcategoryList. 
Both make use of sorting, which is disabled for now as it seems we don't have a sorting key anymore.

baka b67c9f4fac Adds BaseCategoryForm, as well as CategoryRequestLocal 
- Changed imports to fit the new system
- The Form class now uses normal Java Collections
