jensp 3b971b3682 CCM NG: Renamed classes ending with "Builder" in in the pagemodel packages to end with "Renderer" to avoid confusion. Classes with a name ending with "Builder" are usually classes which implement the Builder pattern. The classes rendering a page model and its components do not implemement this pattern.
