jensp cb54c2c9d9 CCM NG: Several small things: 
- ResourceType and ApplicationType entities
    - Some refinements of columns names
    - Collections are not longer used in hashCode/equals because we can't be sure that the implementation of a collection
      provided for instance by Hibernate implements equals/hashCode.
