jensp 8d612ed5b3 CCM NG/ccm-cms: 
- Fixed wrong datatype in ccm_cms.events table (was SQL Date, which does not save time, is now SQL Timestamp)
- EventPropertiesStep and EventPropertyForm work now as expected
