Priority is given to applicants already on the Council's Housing Register. </p><p>If there are a number of applicants, allocation will be determined by reference to the Council's allocation policies. Hard to Let properties will also be advertised here on our web page. In some cases a minimum age limit will apply. If you are over 18 years of age and wish to be considered for an advertised Hard to Let property, please contact us.</p><p>The following properties are currently designated hard to let or are included in the Easy Access Scheme: </p><p>
