<li title="*">The name or names the certificate applies to</li>

<li title="*">A stamped addressed envelope would be appreciated</li>

</ul><h3>Fees</h3><p>The cost of all standard birth, death and marriage certificates is £ <span class="gen">enter amount</span> We cannot issue a certificate until we have received payment. Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to <span class="gen">enter council name </span>

</p><p>A shorter birth certificate is available for £ <span class="gen">enter amount</span> This shows the person's name, sex, date of birth and registration district of birth.
