Integrated the wildfly-maven-plugin for running for bundle and for starting a Wildfly instance for integrations tests.

Also migrated integration tests to run with the maven-failsafe-plugin instead of the maven-surefire-plugin. Because of this the JUnit categories used to select the tests to run before are not necessary anymore and have been removed.

The profiles for running the integration tests inside a remote Wildfly container have also been adjusted to use the maven-failsafe-plugin.
